Fall Menu Update 9/26

We are hard at work writing the new fall dinner, dessert and lunch menus... After an exciting weekend at the Star Chefs International Chefs Congress, the creative juices are flowing steadily and we should be releasing new dishes beginning Tuesday, September 29th. The congress was a blast, filled culinary demonstrations and unscripted panel discussions by some of the world's best chefs, pastry chefs and mixologists! We were in awe of the exceptional talent brought together for the event; Masaharu Morimoto, Daniel Boulud, Grant Achatz, Charlie Trotter, Rick Tramonto, Norman Van Aken, Emerill Lagasse, Jose Andres, Johnny Iuzzini, David Bouley, Pierre Gagnaire, and many many others... And in the evenings, we dined; Sunday at Bouley and Monday at Union Square Cafe. Two very different experiences, but really phenomenal food! Stay tuned for more posts and the release of the new fall selections!
